Do I offer virtual or in-person sessions?
I am currently only offering virtual online sessions. I find that it can be beneficial for clients to not have to worry about getting to a physical location or having to find child care. This way, you can be in a safe environment while processing through life situations.
I use a HIPAA compliant telehealth website to conduct the virtual sessions.
What kind of therapy techniques do you use?
I am an eclectic therapist, meaning I use a variety of therapeutic approaches in my practice. I utilize different person centered therapeutic approaches that fit my clients' needs. I am all about the client and will go where you need me to go therapeutically. Some of the approaches I use include, but are not limited to, CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy Person Centered, and EFT.
What is your rate per therapy session?
My rate is $150 per therapy session.
I also accept Aetna, Cigna, and United HealthCare insurance as well as certain insurance companies under these umbrella companies.
How long does each therapy session take?
The sessions will last between 50-55 minutes. I typically meet with clients once a week, but as clients feel more comfortable with their progress, sessions might be held every 2, 3, or 4 weeks.
